I'm getting ready to install my new Slimline dish. I've read through many threads regarding installation and pointing and think I'm ready! One thing I want to know is which satellite carries the SF Bay Area locals. I've read some posts advising people not to worry if they don't get a signal on certain satellites because they don't carry any channels they would receive anyway. Just want to be sure I'm focusing on the right satellites. Thanks.

Since there are national HD on both 99 & 103, you want to focus [now] on both. If SF hasn't changed, it's off 103s #2

You'd better focus on them all. If you read the other threads fully, you'd see there are downsides to not getting some of the satellites on a slimline 5.
