For the second time in two weeks, I'm missing my evening's programming because I have no signal on TP 26 at 110 west on my 508.

I have green signal levels on all other TPs, but TP26 (which I know if a spotbeam) carries the "big 3" + others so all CBS/FOX/NBC/ABC is out.

Last time this happened it seemed to keep trying to find the channel on both 119 and 110 before giving up, this time it just pops right up with the "no signal, press up or down to change channels" screen.

Is anyone else in the bay area seeing this? I'm not sure what would cause a single TP to stop showing up, so any suggestions are most welcome.

Thanks

I swapped out my SW21 for a spare and that seems to have, for the time being, cleared it up.

What kind of equipment upgrades is dish offering these days to long-time subscribers with outdated kit?

Thanks

Dish only changes out equipment on an as-needed basis. If you have the Protection Plan, and you call with a problem, you only pay $29 for a tech visit, and these days, provided you don't have a legacy receiver (4 digit model number), they can replace your LNB with a modern one. Without the protection plan, it's $99.

What receivers do you have, and how many?
