I've been pulling the Dexter Season 2 (Showtime DoD) and noticed that episodes 21-24 were only available in SD. I emailed DTV and asked it they were getting the HD versions of this and they emailed back that they only had the SD versions of those episodes.

I wondered if I need to find out from Showtime if they are planning on providing these to DTV or if it's a DTV thing. Naturally, I'd rather watch these in HD.

I missed it, as I felt it was an On Demand Discussion question and not just a Programming Discussion question.
