I've been bashing them. After 13 years they are not the nice and fuzzy company I use to know. I was trying to lower my bill by changing my packages online. Well I managed to change my package by giving me less channels for more money.:lol:
Well I called them when I got home. The CSR got me back my old package and offered me a $20.00 a month less deal for a year. Try that with your cable company.:gott: For give me brothers for doubting D*:engel02:

What happened? Did you go from a grandfathered package to a new package and then back to a grandfathered package?
Very interested as supposedly they cannot do that...(the system "supposedly" wont let them).

Not really. 119 is a gone a pecan but it is much less important than it use to be. All other sats are in the 90's.stogie5150 said:Cool!

No I usually upgrade my services during the summer because I have plenty of TV watching time then down grade at the start of the fall. It really is CSR roullette you play when you make that call. I will check my account online and see if these changes really happened. Yep I just checked it and they did it.Grentz said:What happened?
