So, my DTV installer said the HR-20 would automatically download a showcase on how to use the HR-20 over the first night.

My box has not done this, and we have had it for over a week.

Is something wrong?

Are any other showcases supposed to have downloaded also?

My boxes (I'm on my third) never downloaded showcases automatically.

The showcases are not enabled on the HR20 yet.

Showscases are not currently active on the HR20.
The R15 did activate theirs, and it did download a how to video.

Hence why your installer may have thought the HR20 will do it.

Down the road they will do it, but right now...
You are not missing anything.

You can do a search in the guide though, and find the R15 one.
It is very similar in UI functionality...

I disagree. I am still missing my Monday morning football highlights. This is part of my ST package so I should be getting it. But it is in the showcases which the HR20 dosen't have right now. This is my only complaint with the HR20. I can not understand why the showcases are not enabled.
