Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has added the Showtime/Starz 2 for 1 deal? I just added 2 days ago and I see a charge of $23 on my account. I thought it should show $12? Will I get that credit?

Credit appears near the start of your next billing cycle. I took this offer and my credit showed up 10 days after I accepted and 2 days before the next bill.

But did you see an initial charge of $23 on yours? I just got my statement and it has the $23 charge on there already... I just ordered it!!!!

When I accepted it was in the middle of a billing cycle the charge was prorated.

07/17 07/28 STARZ and SHOWTIME Partial Month Charge 9.20
07/27 Credit:2 for 1 Starz!/Showtime -11.00 Credit
07/29 08/28 STARZ and SHOWTIME Monthly 23.00
When you get your third bill be sure to go http://www.sho.com/site/order/rebateform.do?offertype=national&offerid=1005000000000010&KeepThis=true here and get $25 rebate from Showtime.

I wonder if they will pay the rebate since you are technically getting Showtime for free (or is it Starz! you are getting for free?)

I haven't had good luck with premium channel mailed rebates in the past so I will really be curious to read here if they ever materialize.

Wow, thanks for this... Much appreciated..
Well I signed up for this deal and my latest payment to them included a partial and a full month, but at the FULL RATE for both, not the 2 for 1. I've emailed D* to see if they will correct the error and provide the credits. If they do, no big deal. But if they don't, this will be the 2nd web deal I signed up for that they later reneged on.

I can't remember, is it 2 strikes or 3 to be out?

Edit:

I was wrong, I had calculated my bill before it actually posted, just going on my figures. Apologies.
