OK, this is new... started a couple weeks ago.

Before that, we were getting lots of pixelation of HD programs recorded from Sat 129. That seems to have stopped, but now, when were watching DVR'd programs (recorded in HD from 129), we'll get these popups saying signal is lost on some channel, and sat 119 or 110. The only way to get out of that is to hit the DVR button again, which will go to the DVR menu and still be playing the recording. ViewTV and Cancel gets us back to the full/clean screen of the program we were watching.

I'm on a 722, with only 1 TV hooked up, and its on 613 software. So whats up?

Plarkinjr,
If it's the "002" pop-up you're seeing, it's not new, and it is also a known issue.

While watching, usually a DVR playback, but I've also seen it on live TV, the "002" window will pop up. Pressing DVR closes the 002 pop up, and returns to the DVR Menu, with the current playback in the small top right window. Cancelling out of the DVR Menu returns to normal viewing. When it occurs in Live TV, pressing cancel, closes the 002 pop-up.
When I spoke with DISH, I was told their engineering department is aware of it, it effects some receivers in some markets, and is not a widespread issue.
