Why can't hear any beeping when I test the signal strengths? I used to be able too... is this a bug in the latest patch?

I need this so I can have wifey hold the FRS radio to my speakers so I can solve some signal strength issues while I am 100' away on the 2nd story roof!

HR20 and HR21 DVRs have never had audio for signal strength. Please refer to the other thread that bpratt points to.
