Your dish looks pretty good @ 119, but the rest looks like it should be better. I wonder if the tilt is off. It really should be peaked @ 101.
What looks strange to me is that the 99 and 103 numbers are pretty good. I would expect that if the dish was that far off at 101, 99 and 103 wouldn't have any signal at all. I suspect that there may be a problem with the 101 LNB, although the 110 numbers aren't great either.

Tilt should have no effect on 101 signal levels.

It could if the tilt were wrong and it was peaked to 119 only .. that would mean that 101 is looking too high or too low at the sat .. This could also have an effect on 103 & 99. While 103(c) doesn't look so bad, 99(c) has some SS in the 60's which is not really desirable.
Nah, I think we have another bum HR21-100 here. Take the BBC's off and check the 101's and 110's without them. This is about to get out of hand....

No doubt the alignment could be a bit better, however.

What happened on the tuner 2 101's? Did you do a reboot? They changed dramatically!

It was the 110's I wanted you to check, not the 119's. Fortunately these are not the issue they once were....
No I did not do a reboot - Just took BBC out of line

Here is Sat 110 readings:

No, your BBC's were in the lines for the results in both instances quoted above. Maybe you accidentally duplicated tuner 1 readings in your post.

Removing the BBC's did fix the 110 tuner 2 problems for sure.
OK I swapped the BBC'S and tuner 2 still reads lower than 1

Tuner 1
1-8 na na na na na na na na na 92
9-16 na 87 na 92

Tuner 2
1-8 na na na na na na na 80
9-16 na 83 na 88

Tuner 2 still lower than 1
Yeah, I know. You'll find the HR21-100's that have this problem on 110 tuner 2 are very particular about the BBC's. I initially had 40's and 50's like you, and that just wasn't going to work at all (pre-99(c) days). But after swapping every BBC in my junk box into the line, I finally found a BBC that would produce signals in the 70's- low 80's. All these BBC's worked fine on my HR20-700 on 110 tuner 2.
My chief concern of course is rain fade. I had to convince to wife to make the switch because she is sure it will go out every time it rains - even though last week we had fairly moderate rain all day and no fade at all.
So far though, she is enjoying it!! We are both just getting used to the guide and where the channels we watch are. Playing with the custom list.

When you were having this problem did you ever try changing the connector on the short cable on the BBC or inserting a random length of cable between the BBC and tuner 2 input?
Wonder if maybe the foot of the dish mast is not quite tight.
This would allow the entire dish to be pivoting as the wind blows a little.

If so, this is not uncommon for new installs.

If it was me, I'd go retighten all the screws (including all the ones on the dish) and see if anything was maybe a little loose.

It wasn't really a physical issue with the pigtail on the BBC or its connector. I tried a half dozen different BBC's on the HR21-100, and they all produced varying degrees of poor results on 110/t2 and nearly identical, excellent results on an HR20-700 sitting next to it. One was better than all the rest with the -100, so that's the one I use. It was a rev. 2, gray one. The rev. 3's which came with the receiver were the worst of the bunch on the -100.

Out of the 25 of us who tested the HR21-100, I was the only one to have this problem. I don't recall any 101 tuner 2 problems at the time.

I never tried the 3' patch cord HR20-100 trick. I don't think it's the same issue, as a reboot didn't temporarily fix the 110's until you first tuned to a 103(c) channel on my 21-100, like it did with the HR20-100 problem receivers.
