Are you referring to OTA or Sat ABC?
Ragbirch is right for Sat, but just in case you meant OTA, then yes you can.
have it on the channel you want to test.
Tivo, messages and settings, settings, ota signal test(or something like that)
You cannot be recording anything, and turn down the volume.
