I'm not experiencing any dropouts or rain fade at this point, but I'm seeing somewhat low looking signals on 99/103..

Also.. it appears that my HR20 is still on 0x254... is this correct? Or should I force a download to get up to 0x255 ?

Thanks!!!

103c and 99c could be a little higher. But D* won't send out a tech with those numbers. Remember that 99s and 103s are spot beams where some might be low or 0s.

I get good reception of "local channels" on a spot beam as low as 30! At my vacation home, this will eventually go to 0 in mid-summer. Generally, I figure I will get moderately decent results as low as 15. Your numbers should cause no problems.

I have had rain fade at home only a couple of times in several years, but I leave in the north east. We don't usually see the kind of storms seen in the south east.
