There is a significant argument going on in other threads as to whether or not Dish will be allowed to carry any significantly viewed. It's a question of whether the court ordered permanent injunction on Distant networks includes them.demarcoc said:

Even before the recent events, E* has been slow to add SVs ... they have claimed in the past to have all the SVs on the system that they could make available, even though the FCC's list has stations E* does not carry as SVs. They do need the permission of the station to be carried as an SV, which may be why they are not on in some areas.
That being said recent events will probably pull the SVs that E* has.
