Skip ahead more than 30 seconds?

Is there a way to skip ahead say 30 minutes or anything similar? I was a DirecTV customer and they had a feature that would skip to the next tick mark while you were fast-forwarding, does the ViP722k have anything like that? When you have a ten hour recording it seems almost painful to have to FF even at x300.
