Sadly...

Since I changed jobs this year, I only have 5 days of vacation the first year (vs 4 weeks before).

Not really:

Increase my salary by nearly 20%
And cut my commute time from house to desk; from 95 minutes (car/train/walk) to less then 15.... one way.

I won't be making it this year either, kinda bummed but work has been major busy this year and my clients win out. I'm hoping to make it next year though, good excuse for a Vegas run. :lol:
