So installer here 24 hours after I got the "welcome back" offer. Wired entire house for SWM. New HR34 in the man cave. The other 4 HDTV's have been wired up as well(all HR24's, one 23), so internet at each TV finally. Also, he hooked up the CCK as well to my router.

As if that weren't enough, he also replaced my lnb3 for an lnb5 since I could in the future get the ESPN Deportes/Soccer package....

Either way, wow what a turnaround. From getting turned off by mistake, to getting the "welcome back" offer, to 24 hours fully installed....:)

I can understand how you feel and wish you good luck. I was a 3 yr, out of contract customer and was able to get the HMC, MRV, etc installed at for free. Some think everyone can get it free and if you are a good customer, then you might. Since you already set a cancellation date, I guess you already talked to retention. So I would just wait for a win back offer. Hope it works out!
