You might be correct I know some of the bundle options are dependent on zip code...but they are a partner

You can order FIOS internet at the time you order DIRECTV service if you order it through DIRECTV. You will not get an intigrated bill but you can still get a bundle savings.

I think thats what Matt has said. I know I lost my discount when fiber came to my street with Cincinnati Bell.
