Have been using Hughes Series E for several years and they want to upgrade some to MPEG4. I will have AT9 and WB616 in place soon. Not interested in DVR, just reliable, easy to set up manual timers and OTA digital. For the most part I will only use composite outputs with the HD downconverted to letterbox presentation. I have a couple of D10 and the timers are unreliable and quite difficult to setup.

If you look for postings under my ID, you'll find a laundry list of issues with the H21. I'd be willing to bet (without actual experience on one) that the software for the H20 & H23 is essentially the same, with the same problems.

In short, I wouldn't hold my breath.
