Sound System Volume Control (Logitech z-5500)
I have a Logitech Z-5500 surround sound in the bedroom (where it sounds awesome) and don't see any way to get the HR-21 remote to control the sound.
I haven't found any way to learn signals to it but I am a newbie here.
Any ideas?

I also use the z-5500 for my pc sound card, gaming, and my tivo. The z-5500 is really a computer based module so there is no way Directv will provide a code for the volume or mute function. You will just have to use your little remote for it. I agree though the z-5500 is a fine piece of equipment and I have enjoyed it for a few years now. Actually neatest thing Logitech ever made! Cheers.
