What would you do with that info? Do you have any kind of computer modeling program that might enable you to calculate stresses under different loads from different angles, and do you have any way to calculate or estimate the ability of your mount to withstand those stresses?

If you are willing to jerk someone, you might contact Baird and ask them to advise you on the suitability of one of their mounts for applications involving, say, a 30" round dish, a 36" round dish, and a Slimline, and see if their mount and ballast recommendations are closer to one of the round dishes than the other.

It's needed by someone in my company. Some kind of engineering project. Not sure exactly what they plan to do with it.

And your company would be what? Comcast? Time Warner? I can see a future commercial here. :)

Think you will have to contact D* directly for serious engineering data which I'm sure they have.
