Split of a signal from a Zinwell WB68

I recently added two new HR21-100 DVR's to my household configuration. Each of them have two feeds coming from a Zinwell WB68 Multiswitch in my central wiring box. I have moved my old receivers, an HR20-700 and an R10 to rooms that only have one line running from the WB68 to each room. Is it possible to split the signal for each of these two lines in order to use both tuners on the HR20-700 and R10 using an SWS-2 on each of them or am I just stuck with one tuner unless I run additional cable?

With the WB68 you need to run additional cable.
Replace the WB68 with an SWM-8 and the HR2x DVRs only need 1 cable that can be split with SWS splitters (up to a total of 8 tuners). The R10 would still need 2 cables from the legacy ports on the SWM-8, as it is not FTM/SWM compatible.
You can't split, you must run new coaxes, you could use second WB68 in cascade to get up to 12 cables/tuners.

Editorial note to dbmaven and others- no needs to quote whole OP post in first reply and latests post if you answering to his question.

Editorial reply: Actually - that's your opinion. There are cases when quoting is useful, to preserve the content of what was being replied to at the time the reply was made, in the event that future edits are made.

Excellent point. Don't let people tell you how to post, especially when you're trying to help someone out. That's pretty uncalled for.
