I was one of the original SWM 5 beta testers, well the SWM failed on me and a directv rep came out and removed it. He said the SWM was now built into the LNB at the end of the dish. I originally used Skywalker commercial grade diplexer #SKY23502(5-2300mhz) and splitter #SKY23302D (5-2300mhz). The rep removed those and put in a WNC SWS 14-R2 (MSPLIT4R-01 2-2150MHZ). I was ok for awhile not using my OTA to my tv and hr20-700. I tried attaching back the skywalker diplexer to the wnc splitter but both my hr21-700 and hr20-700 malfunction when I have the diplexers hooked to it.


What kind of diplexers/splitters will work with the WNC SWS 14-R2?

any help is appreciated.

Do you use MRV, and have your receivers networked with DECA?

then you should be able to use the diplexer

If you're only wanting OTA at one location, then add the diplexer to just that line [after the splitter] and if to all, connect it before the splitter.
