Is anyone else losing the use of the interactive buttons while watching the games? Two weeks in a now, I've lost the use of these features. All buttons seem to work at the start of the games. Shortly after the second quarter, out they go.

Is anyone else losing the use of the interactive buttons while waching the games? Two weeks in a now, I've lost the use of these features. All buttons seem to work at the start of the games. Shortly after the second quarter, out they go.

This happens to me sometimes. What I do to fix it is either change the channel or go into the guide and then exit out. That seems to make the interactive buttons come back.

Tried your fix. It didn't work. Red button reset restored function, but you lose all saved info.

Another thing I found is that when the note come up asking you to "Press Red for scores or Yellow to clear" I always do one of those. If I want to see the scores I press Red. If I don't I press Yellow. If I don't I tend to loose the interactive functionallity.

Yep. I couldn't get them to work at all today! Previous weeks, I didn't really care, and therefore I don't know if it would've worked then either. I tried it in week one and haven't used it much since.

My team had a BYE week this week, so I was a little more interested in several other early games today.


EDIT: I just tried the "bring up the guide" trick and that worked for me.

This isn't a big deal, but when they get stability issues fixed, this is something that would be nice to fix since we ARE paying extra for it!

I've had it be slow sometimes ...now that I think of it, today it really didn't respond on one channel...all I had to do was change to another HD channel and it came right back. (on the new channel).

I used it a LOT today for the first round of games ...but not after the 2nd games started.

Yea, today it was slow. I didn't get to watch last week so I don't know if it is related to the update on 10/20.
