Haven't seen this before on a 722... but have seen it on a 922!
My workaround on the 922 when it happened was...
Edit the timer and go to the setting of timer "type" (Auto tune, DVR, etc.) and even though it is probably set correctly... go to that option and change it to something then immediately change it back to "DVR"
That should (if it is like the 922 bug) make the start/end times editable again.
