Blame NBC, not the HR20, cuz its a problem for the dvr's (and vcr's)

This is one of the truly annoying things the networks have come up with. I couldn't stand it last year when NBC moved the start time of ER up to 8:59PM. Screwed up my whole recording plans as I had two shows set for 8:00PM-9:00PM already and even the Tivo boxes would not let you easily set up your shows to get around this problem.

Guess the networks hate us skipping their wonderful commercials.

That reminds me of how all the great minds out there in National Networkville like to put their best shows up against the other networks best shows all at the same time.

When a show I usually watch gets moved to compete with another show that I usually watch, the show that changed it's time just lost me as a viewer. There's a solid five good nights to of prime-time TV in my opinion. If they just pick a bad night to put a good show on, you'd think they'd get more viewers than forcing us to pick one (or two with 2 tuners).
