We had never ordered any of the movie channel packages separately,so I signed into our account a few minutes ago and placed an order on this promotion.We are now getting the Starz,Encore,Showtime,The Movie Channel,Flix,IFC and Sundance channels for $11 a month for the next 3 months.That doesn't seem like a bad deal at all,IMO.
To get the "2 for 1 for 3 months" deal,you need to click on the yellow "Order Starz and Showtime" link on the page listed in the OP,then sign into your account.

If you already subscribe to Starz and Showtime, can you cancel them and then reorder them under this promotion?

I canceled Starz and Showtime 2 days before I found out about this promo. I called the next day to add the promotion and was able to do it no problem. So, maybe there's a couple of day grace period, but it can be done.

Keep in mind that it appears that are not billed 12 dollars a month. i signed up for this a week or so ago and I am being billed the full 23 dollars. When I called in, the CSR just advised me to pay the 11 dollars less when I paid this month. Upon digging into it, it appears that you get billed the full amount the first month and then get credited back the following months. I wish they would just do what they say.

I had a nice conversation with a CSR, and cancelled the offer. After a month of Starz/Showtime, there really wasn't much on that I wanted to watch anyway.

Were you able to get them to waive the 10 cancellation fee? That why I didnt cancel, if I was gonna pay the fee, I might as well keep it for 30 days. I hate when they play games with semantics, and I looked everywhere, I dont see where they tell you this.

I already have Starz, but I called CSR today and politely told them I would like the Showtime for free for 3 months offer anyway and they gave me 3 monthly credits to offset subscription. Gotta love that!
