Strange behavior last night

Hey all,

I know there have been some issues with Series Links. Hopefully, when the software upgrade arrives that will clear it up. Last night, I was watching something on HBO and around 9:06 pm (PST) I glanced up at the receiver and noticed Lost wasn't being recorded. So, I went to the guide, and the show was marked to be recorded. That was strange, so, when I changed channels to Lost, the show then started to record.

So, I missed the first 6 minutes of Lost last night  Thank goodness I can find it online.

I hate it when the R15 does that. You might want to do a red button reset just for good measure.
Here's another one. Happened last night. Not really bad, but weird.

I had set "Six Degrees" (Ch 7? from 10:01p to 11p) and "Shark" (Ch 2, 10p-11p) to record last night. From 9 to 10 I was watching CSI, live, on Ch 2. After that I was watching "Six Degree", more or less "live", however, I had selected it to watch from MyVOD. When I was done with "6d", it was about 11:01p. I pressed "stop", and what appeared was CSI. I pressed the "play" button to look at the live buffer. The time marker was at about 9:31p, and there was "green" all the way up to 10p.

It looks to me that after "Shark" was done the R15 lopped 60 minutes off the end of the live buffer, and left me with the remaining, back end, of the 90 minutes.

I just laughed, and changed the channel to break the association with the live buffer. Darn, what I should have done was try to "jump" to the end of that 30 minutes worth of CSI, and see if I "landed" in the 11p CBS news. :)
