Using the cabling that you had in place initially, bypass the WB68 (by using barrel connectors) and feed your various receivers/dvr tuners in various combinations so that all 4 of the lines are in use at the same time. Tune the receivers or dvr tuners to channels 490 and 491 (first all on 490, then all on 491, then varying combinations). Then do the same thing on channels 492 and 493.

Somewhere along the way you most likely have a bad cable or connector, and it's going to take some searching to find it.

With cable runs over 100 feet, the problem may well be that you are not feeding enough dc voltage to the dish. The WB68 being non-powered will add to that problem.

However, cascading your old powered multiswitch should work. Do it like this: Take the 4 lines from the dish to the WB68. Take 4 lines from the WB68 to the inputs of the powered multiswitch. Feed everything except the H20/HR20 (MPEG4 receivers) from the powered multiswitch, and feed the MPEG4 receivers from the remaining outputs on the WB68.

I would put the powered multiswitch close to the WB68 if possible.
