I bought a Gemini Air so I wouldn't have to sign up for a 2-year commitment if I didn't like DirecTV Stream. The issue I'm having is when I enable my TV to get HDR for the two 4K channels for that input, the regular channels do not look good at all. I don't have the Chroma feature turned on. I think the PQ for the regular channels look really good. I like mt C61K when switching to 105 or 106 it will automatically turn on HDR for them. The Gemini Air does not appear to do this unless I am missing something. Anyone have any suggestions?

Trademarks are only protected by category. With DIRECTV's prior use, a TV receiver of some kind would be a conflict. Anything outside of that category is fair game (unless it conflicts with someone else).
For example, McDonalds is a brand of dairy products. Even though that is food it is not a restaurant. Non food usage of the name (such as a garage) would also not conflict. Using the logo or any other unique mark would be a conflict. But a name is harder to protect.
