Subscribe to premium for a few days?

There is a move I have been wanting to see for years that is coming on Starz next week. What happens if I subscribe Monday and then cancel on Wed? Do I get pro-rated or charged a whole month?

I'm going to be getting Showtime again for a few months since Sleeper Cell is coming back for a 2nd season. Can I just tell them I didn't like Starz and switch to Showtime?

If you were to order Starz and cancel it within 30 days, you will be charged the pro-rated fee plus a $10 early disconnect fee.

If you order Starz then decided to switch to Showtime in a couple of days, you will be able to do that free of charge, since you will still be keeping a premium service.

The $10 charge is only effective if you order a premium channel and then decide to drop the premium totally (not switching to a different one) before 30 days is up.
