It seems strange that there is no written contract. What they have is the credit card and if a penalty was involved they would immediately charge the card. Then the subscriber could protest to the credit card company.
Way back in B school I learned that a contract should be in writing to avoid problems enforcing it.
Anyhow I hope they keep MLB since I have been very satisfied with Diah and do not want to change. But I will change, penalty or not if MLB goes.
