This blows...I cant get 704/705 to work in HD for Short Cuts and 1702 VOD isn't working either. My game mix HD didn't work on Sunday, though all the individual games were fine in HD. Called in on Sunday and again today but no resolution or insight into what is wrong yet. Big thumbs down so far.

I had to have mine r"e-started" lets call it yesterday to finally see the short cuts!
I did see them in HD by the way after they resent the signal.

Only took 5-10 minutes on the phone with a CSR who had to transfer me to another person responsible for that end of it.
It works now though!

Anyone know if 1702 VOD is still working. I still get 'no dice' when I go to that channel, but wanted to make sure it is supposed to be up and not like the 704/705 channels which go dark on Wednesday. I need to confirm my stuff is worknig by Sunday.

Still no luck here. Customer Service can't seem to help either. My stuff has been escalated to engineers but no notes have been added that anything has been resolved. Frustrating that its been 4 days and it doesn't appear to work yet.

Same here... but I can buy a "team remote" or learn about the Hyundai Genesis. This bites! I wanted to see the replays!

So were these ever available to schedule from the website? Also last I checked highlights were gone from SuperFan mobile too, so maybe the expiration is related.
