Is anyone else having trouble getting the player tracker to load this morning?

Edit* This is only on my HR34, it works fine on the HR 24.

Yes it will not load for me. Also my guide response is SLOW!!!!!

Same issue here. HR-20 is fine, but hitting the red button on the HR-34 I get the idiot "dong" noise.
