It could be that the HR20 was analyzing how bad the Eagles where playing, and wanted to save it self from the misery...

Other then that... Over the last few weeks, DirecTV has taken the Sunday Ticket issue reports and has been trying to identify what is going on.

I don't have an answer for you, other then the feedback from the end users is key to finding the patterns and getting a fix in place.

Can I read into this that there will be no fix for the NFL ST lost recordings issue in the next bugfix release? They really are on thin ice with their highest-paying customers on this one...

This time... no, you can't read that into my statement.

As I don't know if the fix has been put into the latest build that is in the testing cycle. I have not seen the release notes, or list of fixes that are in the current testing build.
