Supercast Stats

I am just wondering if anyone else is experiencing problems with Supercast today? Particularly the stats not updating at all in either client and some other interface issues.

I can't even connect to supercast. Everytime I log in it asks me if I want to upgrade to the current software, which you have to do or it will not even load. Then I get the supercast week 2 screen and just get the spinning status indicator. Been going for about 45 minutes now. I have tried to log in about 20 times. What a joke.

What OS and system are you running? I'd like to help you get this resolved.
I haven't tried to this point (been out all day), but I have seen folks get connected.

I am running Vista Home Premium on a Compaq presario notebook with a pentium dual core processor. I can give specifics if you would like or if you need. Don't know what the problem would be be. Glad the steelers are on tonight or I would have been very upset that I couldn't get the game at work.
I had no problems earlier today for the first couple rounds of games from two different computers. I got prompted to upgrade to the current version. Installed with no problems. The scores updated throughout the games. I'm running Mac OS X 10.5.

Was your test machine at work behind a firewall?

Nope, my own machine on a private network at the airport that I work at. No firewall on the network, just local on my machine and I even tried disabling just in case that was the problem. I must have tried 50 times and would let it time out every once in a while.
