There was a software update that might cause you a problem. Mine is working fine.

Two things....Can someone rename this thread "SuperCast trouble?"

Second....both the WWW and AIR clients are not working. Just wanted to make sure folks didn't try both as it is futile.

There was an AIR update today that I applied and I have no problems getting onto Supercast on my PC to work.

That doesn't explain why the WWW client isn't working either.

ok, just called directv. they say that ADOBE is having trouble with the supercast client. and that they can't help me. even though their name is all over this service, on tv, online, everywhere, but they cant help me. no offer of a credit or anything. chalk up another bad customer service experience for me. couldnt even give me a 5 buck credit or anything. just 'i cant help you sir, im very sorry'.

EDIT: oh, and i have the most recent version of adobe AIR for mac osX installed so it isnt an update issue in my opnion

Does everyone who is having this problem on a Mac platform? PC Supercast is working fine.

It looks like the issue is in regard to certain platforms and not across all users.

My fault on the thread title - and I was telling myself as I typed "Supercast supercast" - guess I listen to myself as well as everyone else.

XP pro SP3 is the platform here. Neither the app or the web launch worked for me either. I went so far as to uninstall/reinstall too.
