Supercast - username/pw not accepted

are we going to have to go through this Fing BS every damn sunday at 1 pm???? coe on D get your flippin act together.

Last week SuperFan was free. Are you a SUperFan subscriber or just Sunday Ticket?

I am in the same boat.... can't login. Watching games in HD just fine on my TV though

Yep. Me too.

Same here. I was watching it for the pregame, and then it died No big deal. Closed it. Came back after the games start and now it won't let me back in.

YES I HAVE SUPERFAN.

I tried going the www.directv.com and it wouldn't load.

It is a new version of the supercast software. Maybe something went wrong.

Check your D* account to see if SuperFan is still showing on it. One guy in another thread said his got bumped off.

same problem here Superfan actually logged me on about 12:45 ET but it never loaded the stream. I closed the window and now it won't accept my PW or username when I try to get back in

I'm sure it is, as I'm recording an out-of-market HD game right now as well as the Redzone HD channel on the other tuner.

Their website isn't working and I tied calling and get a busy singal. They gotta get their act together or else we should not be paying for this.

same problem here, web client is slow to load and air client keeps giving me request timed out

Now able to log in normally. Go figure.

Keep trying. I was getting that mixed with time outs and finally got in.

Been having more problems getting logged in than anything else with this.

I can't get red zone channel on supercast. It's just streaming Vikes/Colts.

I got back in. Red Zone on Supercast now working for me.

Does appear to be Ind-Min, since Giants just scored and they aren't showing it.

Supercast worked for me week 1 but not week 2.

Yeah it's not RZC tho. the min/indy stream has replaced RZC. If you watch on tv, they are switch from game to game as usual.

subscriber and I can't login on directv.com either.
