Ok...So this is the second week of 702 HD Game Mix not working (I knew it). I've coughed up over $300 for this crap and it isn't working. How do I get someone on the phone from customer service that isn't a mental midget? Called in last sunday and they "escalated" it to engineering, yet no confirmation that they did a damn thing. Callled in last Tuesday and Thursday to get confirmation that anything was done with no luck. Anyone know how to get someone from Directv to get off their a$$ and fix it?
