How is SV defined? Comcast in the Seattle area carries KVOS (Bellingham) and CBUT (Vancouver) but they are not available on DTV.
SV Channels
How many eligible people have had there SV channels turned on?
I qualify for Chicago & Milwaukee but they are taking there sweet time to add the Chicago locals.
My local CBS affiliate out of Milwaukee is fighting with DTV over money to add there locals to the HD feed. So I am stuck w/o CBS in HD and the playoffs are just over a month away.
OTA on the HR20 no one knows exactly when they will be active other than rumors. So will I even have them in time for the NFL playoffs...crap shoot at this point.

I do know that KVOS is considered part of the Seattle market, but could not come to an agreement with D* for carriage, so that's whythey're not on. As far as the Canadian channels, I think there are laws prohibiting the carriage of stations from outside the US (with the noticable exceptions of the Fox stations that have Mexican transmitters.)
