With your current equipment you shouldn't be losing anything. If your last line is your current equipment that is. If it isn't, then what is your current equipment?gmac said:

I guess they want me to swap for lease equipment? I don't know.

Sorry..was starting to post based on the thread heading, and finally realized it was an entirely different topic... 
do you have any older HD equipment like an hr10-250. You might want to call in and check or check on the website.
The swap program is crazy. They have replaced the same HD Tivo so many times its ridiculous.
The 'swap team' calls wanting to swap out my Tivo, I tell them they already have, they insist they haven't because I still have the Tivo, they schedule an appointment for a whole install even tho I tell them I don't need it, nonetheless an installer shows up with a dish and an HR2x, doesn't take the Tivo then a few days later someone calls again. So far they have sent 3 in addtion to the one I already have. I have replaced 2 R15's and added an extra to my main setup and I STILL have the HD Tivo. Yesterday I got the urgent email and today again the urgent phone call. I told them please no more and they insist I won't see the new channels come whenever.
