Wow, thats exactly what I needed to know. So basically the 921/942 is a regular SD DVR like I already have but it is also a HD tuner for OTA channels?

My Plasma already has a HD tuner built in and I have an antenna plugged in to watch the OTA HD channels.

So if I want the DishHD package with 30 HDTV channels it looks like the 622 is only only option.

As for the diplexer question there is actually two of them, one at the back of my 625 and then another outside the house. From the one ouside the house the cable goes back inside to my second TV.

Reguardless, if I got the 622 I will have to get an installer to come out and hook everything up it seems.

Just upgrade your lease from the 625 to the 622 and E8 will come in and replace the equipment and get your rebates off your bill. You'll be a lot happier in the long run.
