First off, the round dish can only pick up one satellite, which needs to be 101. You won't be able to get 119 also, if you need that for local channels.
Assuming you only need 101, then what you want to do is set up some type of mast that you can always and easily get to be perfectly vertical. If it is tilting one way or the other, you will have a very difficult, if not impossible, time getting your dish aimed.
Once you have a vertical mast, and have the dish elevation set correctly, all you should have to do is point the dish in the correct direction. Very slow adjustments in azimuth should let you find, and peak the signal fairly fast.
If you are set up with multiple dishes at home, or with an oval dish that receives multiple satellites, then you need to change the satellite setup when you set it up with the round dish, then change it back again when you go back home.
