Still cannot seem to download shows on this channel. Is a fix in the works?

It seems to be working fine for me. I just set "Behind the Scenes: Men at Work" to record and it seems to be doing it...I'm showing 5% a the moment, now jumped to 82%, now finished. Let's see if it plays:

Yep, it seems to be working just fine.

Try downloading/recording this 4 minute preview and see if it works for you now, because it's working perfectly here.

You might try re-authorizing your box, which can be done on the web site of DirecTV.

It looks like it's working here, so I don't think there is something generically wrong, rather something messed up at your location itself.

If re-authorizing doesn't work, try a menu restart.

If that doesn't fix it, then you'll need to call DirecTV to get it sorted out.
I tried that. They say it is a known problem but I have my doubts. But no matter I still cannot download form that channel (1247).

If it's a "known problem", then why does it only seem to affect you?

I suggest calling back again and hoping for a more knowledgeable CSR.
I also can't download from 1247, refreshing services did nothing for me either.
i'm having the same problem with tbs on tbs on demand.
