So where can I watch Team USA basketball? I'm trying to set my DVR to record it without recording the whole day's worth of events. All I can find is an all day Olympic games broadcast...

Some people on another board were talking about a special Directv basketball channel broadcasting the games- anyone know anything about that?

754, however, it still is in big blocks because they are playing all the games. Its an HD channel provided by NBC.

Unfortunately, NBC doesn't make it easy to record individual games.

Unless, of course you live anywhere else than the Eastern Time Zone. This isn't China where the whole country operates under one time zone.

Team USA is playing spain in the morning and I can't figure out how to record it without recording the whole day (and without getting up at the crack of dawn)...

I suppose you could set up a manual recording of the channel and time block.

Or is that just a TiVo feature?

Std NBC feed has it on in HD now.

Go to "Manage Recordings", then select manual record. The games have no commercials and short halftimes, so you can set it for 2 hours and still get the entire game.
