Have Vip receivers 612 & 211. Other day was only receiving some channels, others were switching from complete loss to partial loss message. Did switch test 1 satellite missing 61.5. Would take tech 2 days to come, when he came everything worked. He fiddled with some wires, replaced the switch & lnb. Worked as it did before he came. A month prior same thing, turned out the coupling from dish outside to house was corroded, was replaced then and worked. Mentioned this yesterday he did not check cables. 2 hours after he left same thing as some channels showed complete loss then partial loss. I did switch check and a satellite missing, this time 72. Called support, totally useless and now won't have tech available for 3 days.
Any ideas why signal lost first 61.5 and now 72, the techs are clueless and support useless.
