Hey all,

I just signed an agreement to buy a new house. I put in a contingency to make sure I could get DirecTV (I gotta watch my Browns). That said, what's the best way to verify that neighboring trees (about 100 yards away) won't be in the way of getting a signal? My contingency expires in 3 days, so I'd like to get someone out there ASAP.

Don't wait around for DTV, go DIY.

If nothing else you can get the direction and angles for which way they point from there, and get a cheap engineers compass and angle finder from the hardware store.
