Hello, I have a 322 receiver and a 311 receiver. The 322 has the interactive weather channel and the 311 does not. I am not sure how this works exactly, in terms of software updates, could someone shed some light on what I need to do, or what I can do to update the software on the 311?? I am not even sure how the check the software that is on it to make sure its the most up-to-date. E* is new to me, so any help is greatly apperciated!

Check system info to see what you have. Turn off receiver each night. Make sure option to upgrade without your permission is selected in the menus.

311 is probably not up to ready for TWC interactive, yet.
