D* has sent me the wrong replacement unit for the third time now! I have a HR10-250 that was having trouble, had it replaced by D* with another HR10-250. that one starting having what seems like hard drive problems immediately (the playback of HD programs are choppy, like it's studdering and would randomly reboot, just like my original HR10-250 did when it's Hard Drive when bad which I then replaced). So, this unit was so new, i called D* to replace it. They send out a HR20. I called and complained, told them I wanted to keep the HR20 they send and they should come install a new dish for me. They did both (for now charge! kudos to D*!). Told them I still wanted a replacement HR10-250, so they said they'd send me one. they then sent another HR20. I called them, complained, and they said they'd send out a HR10-250. Today, another HR20 showed up. So annoying! I'm not against the HR20, I have one installed and working, I just want my HR10-250 as well, so I can get OTA. If OTA was available today on the HR20, I'd probably just swap. now, I don't know what I'm going to do!
