Hello there. I am currently with DTV and have been for 3 yrs now. I am thinking of switching to E* but am not 100% about the jump. From the looks of it I can pay less and get more than I currently am getting but am not sure. Just wanting some advice good or bad on switching.

I am holding off until Feb 1st so I can get the vip622 STB for free and will also be getting the new 200 Channel + Locals line up package for 49.99. Some specific things I am looking for is any word on if eventually I will be able to use this to view youtube videos and etc from this.

I am also going to be getting my first HD tv in the next 6 MOS and want to be ready for that. Looking on the dish web site it looks like the only channel package i see is 180 channels, what will the other 20 on this new one be?

I have also looked at going with the HOMEZONE solution with ATT but dont know much about it at all. If someone could point me in the right direction on getting GOOD non PR info on that product I would appreciate it greatly.

I'm afraid I can't help you with those specific points you were looking for. However I did want to just say that I was a member of E* for about 2 years when I made the switch. I couldn't be happier with my move and don't think you would be sorry either.
