My HR20 failed on Sunday (long story, not pretty, locked up on start up), and D* said they would ship a new one. By Monday the order showed up on the web as having shipped. Although I don't have it yet I really can't complain. I live in Boulder (just northeast of Denver) and we had 32 inches of snow starting Wed. That's a lot in 24 hours, even when your used to snow. Nothing has moved here for two days and there has been no postal delivery or UPS delivery. The snow plow finally got through my street this morning about an hour ago, so maybe today.

Did you check the web site before you called? I haven't called to check it but under "my account'" on the web it shows my unit shipped. It doesn't give a tracking number though.
