What does VOD or subscription VOD in 32 of 34 of it's DIVISIONS? Are they talking about regional clusters? If so then I'm right on with my assesment of my Farmington(Hills), Novi, Livonia, and Redford being the last priority of Time Warner because we don't have and won't anytime soon. Heck they just finally gave us digital cable and cable modems.
